By creating an account, making a purchase, or selling on PlugHQ, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
PlugHQ uses a token-based system for transactions. Tokens can be purchased using Naira through our payment partner, Paystack. The conversion rate is set by the platform and may be adjusted at any time.
Token purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. The current rate is displayed on the wallet page.
Sellers set their own prices in tokens. PlugHQ is not responsible for pricing disputes between buyers and sellers.
When you purchase a product, tokens are deducted from your balance immediately. You will receive access to the digital product as described by the seller.
Products marked as "Instant Delivery" will provide access immediately after purchase. "Manual Delivery" products require the seller to deliver the product, which may take additional time.
All products are sold "as is" by independent sellers. PlugHQ does not guarantee the quality, functionality, or longevity of any product sold on the platform.
To become a seller, you must pay the registration fee (if applicable) and agree to provide accurate product descriptions and deliver products as promised.
The following products are strictly prohibited:
Sellers earn tokens for each sale. These tokens can be withdrawn to your bank account subject to the withdrawal policy and minimum thresholds.
Sellers may request withdrawal of their earnings. Withdrawals are subject to review and approval by PlugHQ administration. PlugHQ reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests that violate our policies.
If a product is not as described or not delivered, buyers should report the issue through our platform. PlugHQ will review disputes and may issue refunds at its discretion.
Refunds are not guaranteed. Each dispute is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. PlugHQ's decision on disputes is final.

PlugHQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason deemed necessary to protect the platform and its users.
PlugHQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or account issues.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via the announcement banner or email.
